Please measure around your wrist along the black dotted line shown in the image using a soft measuring tape. Convert the measurement to millimeters (mm) and leave it as a note on your order.

If you don’t have a soft measuring tape, you can use a non-stretch string to wrap around your wrist following the example, then measure the length with a ruler.

Wrap the string snugly (not too tight), mark or cut the point where the string meets, then lay the string flat and measure that length with a ruler in millimeters (mm).
