Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from China.
How long does it take to ship after I place an order?
For ready-made items, we ship within 1–3 days after your order is confirmed. For custom pieces, shipping begins once production is completed.
How long does shipping take?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to over 220 countries and regions worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your area, feel free to contact us.
Can I track my package?
Yes. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, so you can follow the journey in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards.
Why do some custom products require a deposit?
Custom pieces are made uniquely for you. The deposit covers design and material preparation. Once the design or crafting has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If we haven’t started yet, a refund can be discussed.
Can I pay the full amount for a custom product?
Yes, if you prefer, you can pay the full price upfront instead of a deposit.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not support COD at this time.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns for items damaged during shipping. Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns due to size or preference issues.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement.
Can I return or exchange for other reasons?
We do not accept returns for non-product-related reasons, such as change of mind or incorrect size.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. All of our products come with elegant custom packaging. If you need special gift wrapping, please contact us.
What if I’m not sure about my size?
You can refer to our Size Guide for measurements. If you’re still unsure, contact us—we’ll help you confirm your exact size. For Custom Creations and Masterpiece Collections, we offer a free measuring tool after you place a deposit.
Do your products include certificates or reports?
We don’t provide inspection certificates, as our materials are sourced directly from trusted quarries. If you’d like, you’re welcome to have the piece tested independently. All products are delivered in our custom-designed premium packaging.
